Templates and Alignment
Hero Image PLUS includes three Concrete CMS custom templates.
Included Templates
- Content Left
- Content Center
- Content Right
Selecting a Template
- Add or edit a Hero Image PLUS block.
- Save the block configuration.
- Open the block menu.
- Select Design & Custom Template.
- Select the desired template.
- Save and publish the page.
Content Left
The content area is aligned to the left.
Horizontal content spacing defines the distance from the left side.
This layout is useful when the important part of the background image is on the right.
Content Center
The content area is centered.
Text and ungrouped content follow centered alignment. Groups can inherit the template alignment or define their own distribution.
This layout is suitable for centered landing-page messages and balanced background images.
Content Right
The content area is aligned to the right.
Horizontal content spacing defines the distance from the right side.
This layout is useful when the important part of the background image is on the left.
Group Alignment
A group may use Use template alignment to follow the selected custom template.
It may also explicitly use start, center, end, or space-between distribution.
Content Width
The maximum content width is shared by all templates and can be configured from 320 to 2400 pixels.
Templates change alignment. They do not create separate content fields or duplicate the block data.
