Random Image from Set

Re-work of a removed free addon D_3 Random Image. Updated for version 9.0.0+. Additional functionality added to allow the graphic files in the set to be rotated at a set interval (in seconds) without refreshing the page. The images can be set to a maximum width/height and can be set to be cropped to fit.
