Documentation
FormPDF PRO connects your Concrete CMS Express forms to automatic PDF generation. When a visitor submits a form, FormPDF PRO can generate a formatted PDF, save it to your File Manager, email it, and give the submitter a download link — all configured per form, with no code required.
This page is a quick index. The complete guide, with full walkthroughs and screenshots, lives on our documentation site:

Quick Start
FormPDF PRO has no setup wizard — follow this order the first time:
- Settings — choose a default paper size and orientation for new templates.
- Templates — build your first PDF layout (no-code Basic builder, raw HTML, or an external file).
- Rules — connect an Express form to a template and configure delivery (File Storage, Email, submitter download).
- Test Run — manually execute the rule against a real submission before going live.

Requirements
- Concrete CMS 9.4 or later
- At least one Express form created and published on your site (FormPDF PRO generates PDFs from Express submissions, so a form must exist before a rule can be created)
Common Issues
| Symptom | Likely cause |
|---|---|
| Rule fails to save | Invalid delivery configuration — usually a secure/plain link enabled without File Storage. |
| Template fails to save | Unbalanced token placeholders or invalid HTML. |
| Test run shows no submissions | The selected Express form has never been submitted. |
| Generated Files tab is empty after a successful run | File Storage is disabled or ordered after an action that needs the stored file. |
