New user tab option to restrict list to X number of pages per unique author

7. Fixed datetime attribute filter "today" option to respect today until midnight vs now.

Includes new options to import Community Store Product Thumbnail, Name, & Description data for list output.

Implemented a Thumbnail Height input & deprecated/removed Crop option. Those NOT previously using the crop option will see square images at the given width size, until an explicit height is given. This makes thumbnail creation MUCH more elegant :)

Fix translation issue for select attribute values in edit. Introduce "unlink current page" functionality. Other soft tweaks and improvements.
