Geolocation with MaxMind GeoIP2

This addition utilizes locally stored MaxMind GeoIP2 databases, ensuring swift IP address resolution for geolocalization support. Users have the flexibility to update this database through an automated job or a CLI command, catering to both technical and non-technical users. Moreover, the add-on supports both the free GeoLite2 Country database and other paid MaxMind database types, requiring a user ID and license key for the latter. As an open-source project, contributions are welcomed on GitHub.
