Why do I receive a file not found error when transferring to Azure?

There is a bug in Concrete5 which is rarely seen, but appears when moving files from one storage location to another. When you change a file attribute in the File Manager, it creates a new version of that file, but does not create a new file reference, so you get 2 file versions referencing the same file. When moving storage locatins, Concrete5 tries to move all file versions, so it proceeds to move one file version, then the 2nd with the same reference tries to move a file that is no longer there. This presents the error. To stop this from happening, we've provided an automated job to remove all file versions except for the approved file version. You can find this job in Dashboard > System & Settings > Optmization > Automated Jobs. Please note, if you run this job, you will be removing old file versions and they won't be recoverable. If you don't like this idea, then you'll have to manually go to each file with multiple versions and remove the extra versions for this to work.
