RM Freshdesk Chat widget

This feature is designed for websites utilizing Concrete version 9 and ensures seamless integration into any area or global area of your site by simply dragging the block into the desired location. Customize the chat by entering your Freshdesk key. If you're testing or demonstrating the feature, leaving the key blank will display Freshdesk's default chat interface. To personalize the chat widget for your own use, an account with Freshdesk is necessary. The block requires PHP 7.1 or higher to function properly.
